THE USS GUARDIAN , A U.S. NAVY MINE COUNTER MEASURES SHIP WHICH RAN AGROUND OVER A MONTH AGO ON THE TABBATAHA REEF, A WORLD HERITAGE NATURE SITE ADMINISTERED BY THE PHILIPPINES HAS HAD ITS LAST SECTION REMOVED.
