NAMAZU JUST FAXED THIS OVER THE HYDRO PHONES:

Namazu the Earth Shaker, Giant Japanese Catfish Demigod, Music Video Star, and Maritime Analyst

Namazu sent us a photo graph of a T shirt that we won't reproduce because we don't know the origin and hence the copyright status of the photo. But the T shirt displays a definition of a word that we were not familiar with.  Here it is:

"INEPTOCRACY (in-ep-toc-ra-cy)

A system of government where the least capable to lead are elected by the least capable of producing, and where members of society least likely to sustain themselves or succeed, are rewarded by the confiscated wealth of a diminishing number of producers".

Editor's Note: Remember what Namazu wrote in NAMAZU FULLY LOADED PARTS 1 and 2, THE FUTURE OF AMERICA?  He described how several technological developments are merging to greatly reduce the labor needed to produce wealth to a point that by mid century most people, regardless of education or training with a few exceptions, won't be able to find any more than sporadic  intermittent work?   We don't know what he is working on now and his new contract gives him complete editorial control.  But the word sounds a lot like a Tea Party concept.  We know that Namazu has already insulted Al Gore, chastised Rush Limbeaugh, and otherwise given every indication that his politics don't fit any known mold.  Like everyone here he starts with a maritime theme but then he has been known to follow threads ashore.  We think he may have another block buster coming later next week with plenty to offend both sides of the Congressional aisle. .....or maybe he just liked the T shirt. We never know until the hyrdophone FAX delivers his next posting. Keep checking in!
