BEWARE THE ODDLY REPEATED NAMAZU POST WITH THE MIND OF ITS OWN:

Namazu, Giant Japanese Catfish former Demigod, Rock Album Cover Model, Subject of 3,000 Years Worth of Graphic Art , Legend, Coastal Environmental and Social Commentator, Star of Stage, Screen, and Outer Space.

We to have an auto post in the blog space today. Namazu's recent essay on the fate of the American Merchant Marine and "Americanism" seemed to post itself again. It was not in the editorial plan for the day. But it couldn't seem to be removed without losing other features. We find that sometimes when dealing with a former demigod in cyber space that occasionally it's best not to ask and to just go along with the flow. So just in case you didn't catch this l;atest wisdom from Namazu its posted today. After we quit fighting its self posting tendencies it seems the dashboard program began behaving much better.

UPDATE:

In The Blog Space Tomorrow: Saturday is sometimes a slow news day and the blog space is often "lite"on Saturday. But today is shaping up with a fair amount of developing  news related to commercial fishing and whaling and the tensions at sea that China and Japan are generating with certain activities. Be sure to tune in tomorrow for postings on rapidly evolving developments involving the "marauding dragon, and some whale eating Japanese.

Also tomorrow, a bit of naval humor.
