WATCH FOR THE BERSERK SWIMMING PEACOCK, SHE'LL BE CLOSE TO THE DRAGON; THEY ARE BOTH HEADING YOUR WAY

Greetings again English speaking bipeds. Once again I find that I'm being over taken by events. As you know I've been working on an analysis of the collective naval strength of the English speaking world  and a description of the threats against English speaking democratic societies around the planet that are requiring  ever more naval attention than the English speaking world appears to have or be willing to support at the moment. One of the threats recently described in these pages was that of Iran's largely small craft navy and a new naval base they are planning. But today we learn of Iran's big ship ambitions and the alliance of the Peacock with the Dragon. China , the thug state has taken up with and is encouraging the naval ambitions of Iran, which we learned earlier include an eventual Atlantic patrol off the coast of the United States. Now here is a marriage made in hell the dragon and the peacock, the thug and madhouse inmates. India, your neighborhood is getting much more dangerous. The rest of the English speaking world.....you're next if you don't act to counter the growing naval power of the dragon and soon the peacock. There is no other choice, there must be growth in all English speaking naval forces. Every English speaking nation with a sea coast must follow the example of India and that non English speaking but threatened by the same enemy Japan in expanding naval forces. Shrinkage is the observable norm except with India and Japan, which also just happen to be closest to China and most directly threatened. English speaking bipeds, its time for a united front behind India and Japan; most immediately by joining in the build up of your individual navies and Coast Guards. But is vital that the dragon and all who would join her understand that the world can't be divided and conquered, if the dragon escalates her bully tactics into a shooting naval war with Japan or the Philippines she has to know the entire array of English speaking naval power will united to enforce the rule of international law, not just America which is reducing its overwhelming naval strength daily and is at least temporarily ruled by the biggest collection of incompetents ever assembled. Still at this moment in time, if a naval build up of allied nations, particularly the English speaking/naval tradition nations the allies have the lead and the dragon must play catch up, even a moderate increase in allied naval power will put the dragon to much greater expense, and possibly cause it to reconsider its present deadly course.

Iranian warships to dock at Chinese ports: Navy command.
PressTV (Iran)
Sun Feb 17, 2013
Iran Navy Commander Rear Admiral Habibollah Sayyari says a fleet of Iranian warships will be docking at the Strait of Malacca and China in the near future.
In line with guidelines from the Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei to sail international waters and assert Iran’s maritime authority, Iranian naval forces have been sent to the high seas, said Sayyari Sunday.
The Iranian naval commander added that the presence of Iranian warships in international waters does not pose a threat to other countries, stressing that based on international law Tehran has the right to sail the high seas.
He stated that Iran’s oil tankers and merchant vessels -- which used to fall prey to pirates in the Gulf of Aden and the Bab el-Mandeb Strait in the past -- can now safely cruise in high seas, thanks to the protection offered by Iranian naval forces.
Sayyari said the Iranian Navy plans to station warships in the Strait of Malacca -- a narrow 805-kilometer (500-mile) stretch of water between the Malay Peninsula and the Indonesian island of Sumatra - in the near future.
