THE BIG LINKS LOCKER:

UNLOCKING THE MARITIME WORLD: Our mission is literally to  unlock the maritime world by making all English language maritime data easy to find,  available, evaluated when possible, and affordable. We suggest checking our subject pages to your right first, by clicking on the subject section most like your particular interest. These pages will bring you to short introductions,  free links, free videos, book reviews and book lists on the subjects. If that doesn't answer your question come back here and click any of the "super links" below that appear most appropriate, the broadest and most general is hyper linked just below. This is an entire web site of nothing but links to maritime websites and blogs of every description.

"The Mother of All Maritime Links": http://www.boat-links.com/boatlink.html#top

We may never complete our goal of reviewing and evaluating all books in print on maritime subjects. We urge you to read those we have reviewed but if you don't find what you need, click into the Amazon general search engine via the link below. The general search link is also located in each special interest section. Every day we try to make it easier for you to discover what you need in our pages but until we have finished construction the several links below assure you a "portal into the maritime world."

EDITOR'S NOTE: Given the Impact and the continuing nature of our series on the China Seas problems including "HOW FAR WILL THE DRAGON SWIM" and Namazu's "ADDRESS TO THE ENGLISH SPEAKING WORLD" we've decided to maintain this space devoted to related videos and expand on it when we find short videos that help explain points made in our previous postings. However today we have pulled down the map that first appeared here due to apsce considerations and the fact that many of the linked sites contain maps. Finally if you need the China Sea map that appeared in this space simply scroll down through the postings. the next station ID you reach beyond the recent posts will contain the map.

NAMAZU ADDRESSES THE ENGLISH SPEAKING WORLD
NAMAZU, giant Japanese catfish former demigod, turned maritime analyst

Namazu's on going theme, his "ADDRESS TO THE ENGLISH SPEAKING WORLD continues but the naval news is overtaking him. This series started back on January 29, 2013 and continues. In this series Namazu is proposing that all of the English speaking nations form a "naval union" to combine and coordinate their  sea power in order to respond  to the multiple challenges that the English speaking sea powers face.   Namazu addressed "the American bipeds" last and proposes nothing short of a revolution to kick  the "unrepentant miscreants" out of Washington. He includes in his list of undesirables both houses of Congress and both political parties and the current inhabitants of the White House. Then he lays out his blue print for exactly "how to do that without hanging politicians from the lamp posts of DC or standing them against the wall". The purpose of this revolution, to assure the growth of the U.S. Navy's Pacific Fleet. Namazu will have more next week but we did a little of his work for him in our blog on the Peacock and the Dragon detailing the growth of Iran's naval power and her cooperation with China.
