HOW FAR WILL THE DRAGON SWIM? IT SEEMS TO LIKE NEAR BY JAPANESE WATERS A LOT

WILL THE PROVOCATIONS NEVER END?

 On December 8, 2013 after establishing a highly controversial and ill advised air defense zone over sovereign Japanese territory, China again began sailing her government vessels through not only Japanese exclusive economic zone waters ( where there is a right of innocent passage, though these movements are anything but innocent) but  through Japanese territorial waters.

"Tokyo, 8 December
Three Chinese ships entered disputed waters off Tokyo-controlled islands in the East China Sea today, the Japanese coastguard said, the first such incident since Beijing announced an air defence zone in the area last month.
The vessels entered the 12-nautical-mile territorial waters at about 9 a.m. off one of the Senkaku islands, which China also claims and calls the Diaoyus, the Japan Coast Guard said. They left the area shortly after noon".....
