FIVE U.S. NAVY SHIPS DETAINED IN PORT IN THE THE PHILIPPINES

   "Five U.S. Navy ships are being held in the Philippines — following the alleged murder of a Philippine national in Subic Bay —on orders from U.S. Pacific Command Commander Adm. Samuel Locklear." The story first broke in the Stars and Stripes Magazine operated by the defense department and was posted on October 15, 2014 in the U.S. Naval Institute's News.
