The above story comes with an image of a completed monument to the lost sailors being toured by North Korea's "Supreme Leader". No one seems to know the exact date of the loss of the subject submarine chaser but the North Koreans label it a "combat operations loss". Why the incident is being partially revealed now is unknown.
