Fresh Water is not usually equated with fish that, once hooked, feel like the "south end of a semi headed north" on the end of your line. But the giant "lakers " are one of the exceptions that inhabit the cold clear waters of the northern sections of North America. What Beastie presents here is a 15 year old digitally remastered video. This video not only features multiple fish battles on light tackle against 20+ to 30+ pound "lakers", but also gives you a lot of information on the species, tackle to use, and how to plan a fishing expedition around these big "lakers". If you watch the entire video start to finish it takes 43 minutes. The video can be divided into segments with the initial species information up front. Numerous fish battles make up the middle of the video, and the some of the tackle information is past the middle. Near the end, a world record "laker" is caught, measured, and released. This is fantastic video well worth the 43 minute viewing time. But if you don't have that kind of time we will post this video to our FISHING section as we view it not only as an entertaining video but as a reference work as well; there is that much useful fishing information in it.
