"Looking for any material on Saudi Arabia's "Green Arc" initiative which to my understanding was initiated in the late 70's/early 80's...It was an initiative to help promote a strict Sunni Radical doctrine. I don't know for certain if "Green Arc" was the exact name of this initiative but I believe it is.
Any assistance in obtaining literature on this is greatly appreciated.
