THE ISIS TRANSITION TO "ISLAMIC STATE" IS NOTHING NEW

WE SEE THE TRANSITION FROM ISIS TO "ISLAMIC STATE" AS AN OPPORTUNITY TO CHANGE TACTICS FROM SURGICAL STRIKES, POLICE, SECURITY OPERATIONS TO A DECLARATION OF WAR.

A NEW IDEA ! VICTORY

NEW IDEA! International law defines WAR as a state of armed conflict between nation states. WAR is not possible with NGOs, population segments, religions, etc. all but defensive war is ruled out by UN charter. BUT ISIS now claims to be a STATE with published and growing territorial ambitions. See ONE SCARY TWEET  It declared war on the U.S. first, then carried out ritual public, videoed murders of two American citizens, and threaten more such atrocities. When the American government didn't respond to the Islamic State's declaration of war, IS then took to the Internet to threaten each American telling us our nation is doomed as a State and we personally must convert to Islam or die by the sword. We have every right now to declare WAR on the Islamic and all allied states. a formal declaration of WAR changes everything. Incitement and seditious speech and demonstrations by our own resident Muslims in support of terror becomes an "action in support of the enemy" punishable as either treason or sedition depending on citizenship status and several other factors but it can finally be suppressed. Without a declaration of war we have failed to DRAW THE LINE . With it we shift to a military solution. Engagement with the enemy domestic or foreign shifts to being governed by the International law of armed conflict, the gloves come off. Our forces may not only engage but pursue, wait in ambush, kill all enemy combatants except those who actually surrender. Collateral damage must be avoided but is expected and elimination not required. We may destroy any target that supports the enemy's war effort except formally protected targets like schools, hospitals, mosques, etc. but if the enemy hides in and operates from these we may return fire. For a complete rundown on the law of armed conflict and how it differs from police use of force policies see. THE ENDURING PRINCIPLES OF MARITIME INTERNATIONAL LAW.

If we declare WAR on the Islamic State we will find that their financiers and sponsor states will have to curtail all contact or declare themselves as allies, because upon proof of non neutrality they may be declared war upon. Internal Islamofascists agents may be legally swooped up by military or law enforcement authorities. Islam has been making aggressive war for over 1400 years on Christians, Jews, Hindus, Buddhists,  and others, it only paused around 1922. Its on again, there is nothing new here except that ISIS has thrown off the cloak and exposed the Islamofascists for what they are, a world wide blood thirsty movement of sexual deviants hell bent on taking other peoples land , destroying their society , and collecting as many sex slaves to breed more of their demonic kind as they can. For 1400 years war was the only answer, it is the only answer to these demonic fanatics now. Since we will not commit genocide against all Muslims after the total annihilation of  ISIS/IS and allied states expect another outbreak within 200 years even if millions of Islamofascists, their supporters , and fellow travelers die and all Muslims not signatory to a loyalty oath are expelled from the West. Islam wants two things from the West and its not really conversion. It wants land and women its really that simple. For more on why this is nothing new we suggest:
