COULD THE ATLANTIC STURGEON BE MAKING A COME BACK?

A SEVEN FOOT FEMALE ATLANTIC STURGEON WAS FOUND DEAD ON THE BANKS OF A CONNECTICUT RIVER WHERE THE SPECIES WAS THOUGHT TO HAVE BECOME LOCALLY EXTINCT.

A 7-foot Atlantic Sturgeon washed up in Lyme ... why it died is still a mystery, but the biggest question is why it was 8 miles up the river from the mouth of the Long Island Sound.
