Click on the link below the picture from Fox News above for the complete story of the liberation of the naval training ship LIBERTAD. We were among the first to carry the story of the seizure in contradiction of international law, and the only public voice we could find on the Internet outside of Argentina that thoroughly condemned the Ghana writ as contrary to international law. It looks like the UN tribunal agreed with our view. Read the Fox article for the full story, we will have commentary later. There still remains one other Argentine naval vessel in Ghana court custody, we anticipate an identical ruling soon. While we completely agreed with Argentina on this issue we continue to view Argentina's position and actions relative to the Falklands with alarm. Argentina has filed suite in a UN tribunal over this claim, if the tribunal follows established international law Argentina will lose that one. If no one else covers that story we will. But for now on the LIBERTAD story FOX NEWS is providing professional journalistic coverage. Click on the link above to view it.
