REPORT TO OUR READERS: Continuing, year end, the year ahead

In 2013 we will continue to attempt to serialize one or more book length manuscripts. At present we are working on the five volume American Admiralty Bureau's COMMENTATOR series . This is being produced in our AUTHORITATIVE LITERATURE SECTION and would be of most interest to maritime legal professionals. This is quite an ambitious undertaking. When Volume 1 first came out in 1994 it retailed for $150. When we complete it you will be able to read it as up dated in 2012-2013 by the original author editor. BLOOD ON BROWN WATER was seralized last year here in our pages even as it was being presented to Congress as part of a National Mariner's request for legislative action to improve safety and health conditions in our Jones Act fleet. It may now be found in its entirety in the MERCHANT MARINE INTEREST SECTION. Finally Our most popular general audience serial is depicted below:

SPACE AS AN OCEAN

LESSONS FROM THE AGE OF EUROPEAN MARINE EXPLORATION FOR THE SPACE AGE.  From the Book "PROTOCOLS" (c) 2012 by American Admiralty Books
. The entire series in chronological order of appearance is now posted in the MARITIME LITERATURE SECTION. .

  READ LIKE A CATFISH:

Watch for it, a new Namazu Recommended reading List will be coming in 2013.

People who have read "NAMAZU FULLY LOADED: THE FUTURE OF AMERICA",as well as his many other posts from 2012 such as his defense of the re-employment rights of former demigods, explanation of the commons, or this weeks explanation of NGOs, keep asking how this 3,000 yer old catfish knows so much. Well, obviously being 3,000 years old gives one a unique and very deep historical perspective. While Namazu generally hangs out in the Pacific off the Sea of Japan he is a world traveler as his recent visit to our office demonstrated. Being able to take human form on rare occasions gives one an inter-species broad breath of perception. But how is he  able to predict the future? Namazu says that the ability to predict the future was never in his union contract as a "demigod", a term he now describes as "unfortunate and inaccurate."He maintains that he uses the same type of analytic tools as human prognosticators but better quality, and of course he has that unique historical and global perspective. Namazu claims no future predictive accuracy much  greater than the best computer enhanced, human team of forecasters. He does claim to use better data, some of it quite expensive as we learned in that little controversy over the "NAMAZU FULLY LOADED". We have asked Namazu to share with his fans a reading list that will help readers to master the Catfish perspective. He has promised to keep his suggested reading list within reasonable retail pricing and to stay away from suggesting some of the data bases that he occasionally accesses that costs thousands of dollars.  As was the case during 2012 his suggested readings will appear throughout the year on an irregular basis with a cumulative list published in December.
