HOW FAR WILL THE DRAGON SWIM WITH U/W REPLENISHMENT?

HOW FAR WILL THE DRAGON SWIM?  NOW THAT HE IS MASTERING UNDERWAY REPLENISHMENT THERE IS NO LIMIT.

Sailors assigned to USS McCampbell (DDG 85) heave line during a replenishment at sea.
NAMAZU :  This is not good news               U.S.Sailors pull in the span wire for underway refueling

You may recall that in a recent series of articles Namazu predicted that if China is not soon deterred from its aggressive attempts to take island territories from Japan, The Philippines, and Vietnam that a shooting naval war could break out probably around 2020. In his article describing the Chinese preparation of the battle zone as a trap straight out of the writings of Sun Tzu he described the Chinese 950 ship navy as largely suitable for service in the semi enclosed China Seas and urged U.S. Naval authorities to use U.S. over the horizon weapons superiority to avoid entering the prepared battle ground. Part of U.S. Strategy should be to try and draw the Chinese fleet out onto the open Pacific. Well today's news is that the Dragon is out bound for the Pacific, exercising in the Pacific, and reportedly has mastered one of the major naval skills for projecting force to any corner of the world. According to a recent article in China Military On Line a task group composed of three warships from the North China Sea Fleet recently conducted underway replenishment exercises in the Western Pacific. According to the report The guided missile destroyer QINGDAO, the guided missile frigate LINYI and the supply ship HONGZE LAKE completed underway replenishment on June 1, 2013. Other exercises completed on this training exercise included anti-aircraft defense, confrontation between grouped warships, blockade and control of sea areas, mobile interception, and anti submarine warfare. The key element in these exercises is successful underway replenishment at sea. This a skill the U.S. Navy excels at and the key to keeping ships at sea on a prolonged basis performing the other tasks practiced in this reported exercise. Clearly the Dragon has plans beyond the China Sea. Namazu was right in his ADDRESS TO THE ENGLISH SPEAKING PEOPLES. We are in a naval arms race with the Dragon, and the English speaking peoples must unite, start an intense but coordinated naval build up and beef up defensive alliances with important regional Navies such as India. The Dragon can not match the combined economic power and naval experience of all of the English Speaking Nations acting together. And does not need a navy four and half times the size of the U.S. Navy for protection of its vital interest. This a fleet of conquest they are assembling. It is past time for the English speaking peoples to act in concert to deter the Dragon, or surely in a few years we will be obligated to engage him in battle.
