Editors Note: As noted by our famed analyst Namazu, China is a thug state and North Korea is a Rogue State, and both cooperate with each other when mutually convenient. Korea's choice of now to threaten a nuclear test clearly causes the United States to divide its regional naval forces , with some deployed north to monitor Korea while the Dragon enters the contested areas to the south in the China Seas. All of this goes virtually unnoticed by the American infotainment media that passes for our national news services. Thankfully South Korea has news service of their own some publishing in English like the story linked below from YonHap News Agency.
S. Korea, U.S. to hold naval exercise amid signs of N. Korean nuclear test

SEOUL, Feb. 2 (Yonhap) -- South Korean and U.S. forces will conduct a three-day joint naval exercise next week in the East Sea, military officials here said Saturday, a move seen as a warning to North Korea ahead of its possible nuclear test.
"South Korea and the U.S. will launch the joint comprehensive military drills on Monday for a three-day run in the East Sea," a military official said. "It will include diverse exercises for anti-submarine, anti-aircraft and anti-ship training."
The communist country has threatened to detonate a nuclear device in retaliation for the U.N. Security Council's resolution condemning its Dec. 12 long-range rocket launch. Intelligence indicates that the North's third nuclear test is imminent.
